All information, API routing services, documentation, and technical support provided by YossGate Team (“YossGate”, the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) via yossgate.com (collectively, the “Service”) are made available for software development, research, and general business operations.

Please review this Disclaimer carefully before integrating or utilizing the Service. By accessing, connecting to, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety.

1. Service Provided “As Is” and “As Available”

THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL SOFTWARE COMPONENTS, APIS, NETWORK ROUTING, AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTATION, IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOSSGATE AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  1. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT;
  2. ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE;
  3. ANY GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, CONTINUOUSLY SECURE, FREE OF BUGS, LATENCY SPIKES, NETWORK DISRUPTIONS, OR UPSTREAM MODEL OUTAGES, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

2. Disclaimer Regarding Upstream AI Model Outputs

YossGate acts solely as a technical routing and token aggregation gateway connecting developers to third-party artificial intelligence models.

You understand, acknowledge, and agree that:

  • No Editorial Control: AI outputs, completions, synthetic code, and data returned via the Service are generated dynamically by independent third-party foundation models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, DeepSeek, etc.). YossGate exercises no editorial control over model outputs.
  • No Representation of Accuracy: YossGate makes no representations or warranties regarding the truthfulness, factual accuracy, reliability, completeness, safety, or legal compliance of any output. Outputs do not reflect the opinions, beliefs, or corporate stance of YossGate.
  • Sole User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying, validating, and testing all outputs before deploying or acting upon them, including implementing adequate human-in-the-loop oversight and safeguards.
  • No Liability for Consequences: YossGate disclaims all liability for any damages, losses, claims, or regulatory penalties arising out of or related to your reliance on model outputs.

3. Exclusion of High-Risk, Mission-Critical Activities

The Service is designed for general-purpose developer and enterprise software integrations. It is NOT fault-tolerant, fail-safe, or certified for mission-critical or life-safety applications.

You are strictly prohibited from using the Service in scenarios where service failure, latency, hallucination, or data corruption could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, physical harm, environmental catastrophe, or catastrophic financial ruin, including but not limited to:

  • Direct clinical diagnostics, medical triage, or automated surgical / medical device operation;
  • Nuclear facilities, hazardous materials management, or critical public utility grids;
  • Aircraft flight control, avionics, air traffic control, or military defense / autonomous weapons systems;
  • Emergency response systems, real-time 911 dispatch, or life support;
  • Fully automated, unreviewed financial trade executions or autonomous fiduciary actions.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YOSSGATE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE SERVICE OR ANY MODEL ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY (WHETHER CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF YOSSGATE FOR ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF:

  • (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO YOSSGATE FOR API CREDITS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY; OR
  • (B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$100.00).

The Service relies on upstream infrastructure provided by external third-party cloud and AI vendors. YossGate is not liable for upstream service degradations, API deprecations, rate limiting, regional network firewalls, or policy changes enacted by foundation model providers. Links to external documentation, SDKs, or websites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.

6. Updates

We reserve the right to revise this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to yossgate.com. Your continued use of the Service signifies your binding acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
